Each guest room has hot and cold water,  YOU CAN HAVE AN ANGLE VIEW OF THE SEA FROM THE BALCONY OF THE ROOM AND ROOM SOL Y MAR IS BEACH FRONT, TV, internet access, private bathroom, AC, hair dryer and safe.

Telephone

The telephones in the rooms are for local calls only. Atoll free phone to the US and Canada is available at Roberto’s Restaurant.

Maid Service

Daily maid service is included with your stay.

Breakfast

A breakfast is included at Roberto’s starting at 7AM. Guests may choose one of the any items from the menu.

Lounge Areas

Lounge areas are located on all three floors of our Boutique Hotel in Playa Hermosa, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. They are a place to gather with others to relax, talk, read, or have a drink. The second floor lounge has a small library, games, and puzzles, which you are welcome to use.

Pool

Pool is located on the roof (level 4). It may be accessed by stairs or elevator. Towels are available at the pool. Please leave used towels in the bin at the pool. Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult.

Beach

Towels, beach chairs and sand toys are available free for guests. Paddle boards, kayaks, boogie boards and bicycles are available for rent.

Restaurant Dining

Roberto’s specializes in traditional Costa Rican dishes with some International favorites with a full service bar. Open from 7AM – 10PM.

Private Party or Dinner on the Roof Top
